1. The people behind your play

These Terms of Service govern your use of playsbuzz.one and its browser games (the “Service”). The Service is operated by BrightBit Solutions, LLC, located in New Castle, Delaware, United States (“PlaysBuzz,” “we,” “us”). Contact us at info@playsbuzz.one.

By using the Service, creating an account or buying an access pack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy. The purchase description and price shown at checkout form part of your order.

2. Who can play

The Service is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and permit your use. Purchases must be made by an adult with authority to use the payment method. If local law requires a higher age or additional parental authorisation, that requirement applies.

Our games are entertainment: there is no gambling, staking, cash-out, cash prize or monetary value attached to points, levels or achievements.

3. Your account and progress

You can try the free games without an account. An account is needed to purchase access and save progress across devices. Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but not for losses that applicable law places on us.

Guest progress, favourites and preferences are stored in your browser. Clearing browser data or using another device may remove them. Account progress is saved after a completed level. Temporary connection failures can delay synchronisation. Favourites and sound settings currently remain specific to each device.

Access packs are for one person's personal use. Do not sell, rent or transfer your account. For account recovery, corrections or deletion, contact us from your registered email; we may ask for proportionate evidence of ownership.

4. What each access pack includes

All prices below are in US dollars, before any separately displayed applicable tax. Each pack includes the games shown in the catalogue and the stated number of levels in each included game.

Paid packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal. Higher packs include all access in lower packs. Upgrades cost the difference between the higher pack's current listed price and your current paid pack's listed price, as confirmed at checkout. For example, Spark to Nova currently costs $17. No automatic cash credit is created by a later price change.

Access continues for the lifetime of the Service, subject to these Terms; this is not a promise that the Service will operate indefinitely. A pack does not include unannounced future games, future paid products or a right to download game source code. “20 levels” describes individually configured challenges, including procedurally generated layouts, with difficulty variations.

5. Payments and delivery

Payments are securely processed through Stripe Checkout. Available payment methods, the exact total and any applicable taxes are presented before you confirm payment. Your bank may charge currency conversion or other fees. We do not collect or store your full card number or card security code.

Paid access is delivered digitally to your signed-in account after the payment provider confirms successful payment. A redirect to a success page alone is not payment confirmation. If access does not arrive after your payment settles, contact us with your account email and order reference. Do not send card details.

By completing checkout, you request immediate access to digital content. Our 14-day refund promise below still applies even if you start playing. Nothing here removes any non-waivable cancellation right.

6. Our 14-day refund promise

If a paid pack is not right for you, email info@playsbuzz.one within 14 calendar days of that purchase. Include your account email, order reference and the pack or upgrade you want refunded. You do not have to give a reason. Simply state that you wish to cancel your purchase and receive a refund, identifying the relevant order and account.

We will acknowledge your request and, once the order and requester are verified, refund the payment to its original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the request. Your bank's processing time may be additional. We will remove the access associated with the refunded purchase; for an upgrade refund, your prior paid pack remains available. Where multiple purchases are involved, we will confirm which access remains before processing.

This voluntary policy is additional to your statutory rights. If content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied, contact us for an appropriate remedy, which may include a fix, replacement access or a refund. Mandatory consumer rights and longer legal remedies are not limited by the 14-day period.

7. Play fairly

Do not attack or overload the Service, introduce malicious code, access other people's accounts, bypass payment or access controls, exploit vulnerabilities to obtain access or money, or use the Service for unlawful activity. Do not scrape personal information or misrepresent yourself as PlaysBuzz. Report security issues privately to our contact email.

We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a material breach, a security incident or a legal requirement. When practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and offer an opportunity to respond. Good-faith support requests, refund requests and lawful consumer complaints are not grounds for punishment.

8. Original work and your licence

The Service's original code, illustrations, branding, text, sound designs and music arrangements are owned by BrightBit Solutions, LLC or used with appropriate permission. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the content included in your access while the Service is available.

Do not redistribute our assets or sell copies of our games without written permission, except as applicable law permits. These Terms do not claim ownership of general game ideas, standard mechanics, public-domain material or third-party rights. If you believe content infringes your rights, email us with the work concerned, its location on the Service, your contact details and a clear explanation of your claim. We review good-faith reports.

9. Availability and changes

The games require a reasonably current browser, JavaScript, and an internet connection to load levels and synchronise accounts. We support responsive layouts and touch controls but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, accessibility tool or obsolete browser.

We may maintain, improve or update the Service. We will not intentionally remove a substantial part of a paid pack without a reasonable substitute or an appropriate remedy. If we plan to permanently close the Service, we will aim to provide at least 30 days' notice and address recent purchases and any legal refund obligations. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require a shorter notice period.

10. Responsibilities and limitations

We use reasonable care to provide the Service. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep a copy of important purchase information.

Where the law permits, neither party is responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. Our total liability for ordinary direct claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit these limits; in that case they apply only to the extent allowed.

11. Resolving questions and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem informally. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their usual residence. Courts in Delaware have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law permits you to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction or provides another mandatory forum.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of future enforcement.

12. Changes to these Terms

The version in effect when you purchase governs that purchase's stated benefits. We may revise these Terms for future use to reflect changes in the Service or law. We will publish the revised date and give reasonable notice of material changes, including by account email where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively reduce an already purchased pack's core benefits without your agreement or a lawful remedy.
